Pricing, payment and cancellation
The price of each service is shown in the app at the time of subscription, in euros (EUR) and excluding VAT, which is added at the legal rate.
- Digital service: Zapify is an online platform (SaaS). The service is activated electronically after subscription and payment; no physical goods are shipped and there are no shipping costs.
- Payment: Visa and Mastercard cards, MB WAY, Multibanco reference and SEPA Direct Debit, processed by easypay. Outside Portugal, only cards are available.
- Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period (monthly or annual).
- Cancellation: cancel in the Subscription area of the app by the last day of the current month (monthly plans) or of the last month of the contracted period (annual plans); without cancellation the subscription continues.
- Refunds: packages are prepaid and non-refundable unless required by law; undue or duplicate payments are refunded by the same payment method.
